“I hired Erin to support my child with ADHD and anxiety in a mainstream summer camp program. She was wonderful at building rapport with my son; she created an Angry Birds (his favorite) themed reward chart so that he could earn points for positive behavior, which he could exchange for a prize at the end of the day. He was highly motivated by this, and the positive reinforcement was a great boost to his self-esteem. She was skilled at helping him manage the many transitions throughout the camp day, and she gave excellent coaching to guide him through tricky social situations.
