I am passionate about my work and recognize the need to customize my services to meet your child’s individual needs. As an engaged and warm educator I take the time to develop relationships with my students and find appropriate ways to connect with them. I combine interpersonal skills with educational and practical experience, which maximizes the benefits for your child. I excel at transforming your child’s learning experience from stressful and disappointing to encouraging and successful. I incorporate creative, innovative, and goal oriented strategies that I developed as a Special Education Teacher over the last ten years. I use unique motivating activities to help make learning exciting and engaging for your child.  

I received a Bachelor of Science in both Elementary and Special Education from Towson University. I then acquired a Master of Science in Special Education specializing in behavior disorders from Hunter College. I work with children ranging from ages 3 -16 years inside and outside the classroom to help improve their social and academic skills.
